Target Audience. STATYK! – is a practical property guide designed for people who are planning their own future and the future of their family: potential buyers of property, builders of houses and renovators. The magazine provides abundant information about every detail of construction, installation and renovation process, i. e. about everything that can help to save money and time when building and maintaining a home as well as avoid low quality work. STATYK! magazine encourages people with various incomes to improve their homes: sometimes what one needs is a tiny push, a practical advice or an original solution. The main headings and a special supplement +PROJEKTAI have been designed for this purpose.

Distribution. The magazine is distributed in large shopping centres, Lithuanian news agents, shops of building materials, petrol stations and during specialised exhibitions.

Periodicity. The magazine is published once a month, except January and August.
